When things are going well, what can we do to keep growing and improving? What can we do to stay whole or prepare for times when we're not.
Many live here on most days. What does it take to recognize that we're not functioning optimally? How do we nudge ourselves or others to green?
When we're in orange, we need support. We don't see ourselves able to get back to green quite so easily, or the stress has been so chronic with wear-and-tear.
This is where we would call it a stress illness. This is where the events are so big, chronic, unresolved, that they're becoming more of a persistent state.
